I just recently left cricket after 3 years of service. I've gone through 5 phones in that time that all the charger ports went bad on and refused to charge. When asking for some form of assistance in fixing or replacing the phone they were unhelpful and kind of gave a "tough cookies" attitude when I explained how the bill had just been paid and it was a waste of 60$ to not have a phone on whatsoever. There was nothing they could do at all to keep me with their company so I said thank you and left to Verizon. I'll never deal with prepaid service again unless through Version.
