  • My experience with this business was unforgettably awful. Besides taking weeks to get to a simple problem when I dropped my machine off at the shop, the worst was when the owner made a house call to get my wifi connected, hardly advanced comp sci. He stayed a long time and charged over$300, and I later found it was still not working. A real pro came iver and took 15 min. to get it workimg, and charged $50.00. When I asked the owner for a partiall refund, he became hostile, and even made a homophobic remark. Efforts by the Better Business Bureau to secure a compromise were not answered. Turns out this business has numerous unresolved complaints with the BBB. There are numerous competant and honest techs in Madison, but this business is not among them. Their very shabby shopfront reflects their shoddiness.
