  • Tomorrow marks 1 year in my apartment home. My unit is spacious and has last years renovations which are gorgeous to me. In this review I will break it down by category. Maintenance: The staff is kind, courteous, and my work orders are completed within 48 hours of request. Grounds: The property is nice, well maintained, clean and some areas are currently under renovation to increase our level of enjoyment. Office staff: The office staff has changed several times in the past year which is the reason my rating is not a 5, all of them have conducted themselves professionally and were kind, The office staff presently on site are kind, welcoming, they are always smiling which is always nice to walk in to, the human side of leasing is always nice in a customer facing experience. Neighbors: My neighbors are quiet and respectful. We all speak to each and chit chat on occasion with the exception of one neighbor and I wish them a smile and all the best. I have renewed my lease and will be on site for another year. There was a substantial increase( the second reason my rating was not a 5 ) but understanding the improvements , market value, and my moving from southern California where properties of this caliber would cost way more. I am an AZ girl now and have enjoyed my first year here at Symphony.
