  • They left the coolant empty!!! I took my Jeep in for Service because I was going to put several thousand miles on it a few weeks. I told them to check everything very carefully. My windshield wiper fluid wasn't working so I pop the hood to see if they filled it up (I knew it was empty when I took it in). It was filled but the rubber hose going to it was knocked off. Still can't get it to work but I noticed the coolant was completely empty. I even took a picture down into the tank to prove it. I was at the last travel plaza for 200 miles!!! I called the head of service, Doyle, but he acted like it was no big deal. I drove an hour out of my way to have another dealer check it out and they opened it and said, well it's full now. Duh!! And by the way you should have just put water in it...or watered it down. This guy couldn't care less either and I had to press him to check the oil. Thanks Airpark for this stress on my first day at a new job!!!
