  • Never go here. I was quoted $20 in surcharge fees and over $100 for clothes I have paid less for at other Scottsdale cleaners. I always get my cotton shirts laundered, I was told that was not an option for women's tops, which is unacceptable. They also wrote my name in permanent marker on the hems of most of my items, which is unacceptable, even with tags my items were written on. Other cleaners use tag numbers, NOT sharpie! Over $800 worth of clothes ruined. The person who helped me was not empathetic and simply said it was their "protocol" to write on clothes, yet it wasn't consistent with the other times I had had clothes dry cleaned there.
