  • I am writing this review because I feel the public should know and be aware that the owner of this company, Al Johnson, is NOT a licensed plumber, even though "plumbing" is on his business card and his website. He had his brother (not a licensed plumber either) do a plumbing job for me that was a disaster. The configuration was completely wrong, the materials used were wrong, the adhesive used was wrong. And it leaked. I ended up hiring a real plumber that does this for a living and he completely re-did everything. There's a lot to this story, but just wanted to warn people that might consider hiring Al or his brother to do plumbing, to please reconsider. I saw a very bad side of Al when he called me about the whole situation. He ended up calling me a POS (piece of sh&%), several times, he actually threatened me, and he ended up hanging up on me. And - I was a repeat customer of Al's for my home a/c and heater on at least three different occasions. That's what he thinks of his customers? To call them and literally scream at them for a botched job his brother did? Totally unprofessional.
