rev:text	Gets a 1 not because of the doctors but because of the Medical Staff. Specifically the Medical Assistant. They don't answer the phone and they don't return phone calls in a reasonable manner. They are a Trauma Center, right..this means faster response/possibly emergency, right...well thats NOT the case with the Medical Assistant. Oh...and when she finally does call you back she doesn't even have all the information and then has the audacity to say, " I will TRY to call you back". And another thing, when she calls u back you can hear a child which means she isn't even at the office.
