Have been with Direct TV for 21 years, every since they have outsourced their customer service like most big companies it has gone south. I have automatic billing that happens at the end of the month. For some reason they billed me for $36, could not tell me why, then they took my monthly payment two weeks early which caused a little financial problem. I called numerous times and the customer service reps either spoke very poor english or they could not understand me. In the end they have taken $150 out of my account two weeks early cannot tell me why it happened and now want me to wait another seven to ten working days before I get a refund. Here I come DISH.
