  • It was difficult to find a person to help locate an item. I had to follow one person around until he finished helping others. I didn't interrupt while he was helping others, but I was conspicuous. The line at the cashier had several people, and the cashier took several minutes with the first person in line. A second line should have been open, since only one was, but they didn't do that.
