  • The alteration is so expensive if they categorize your garment as a night dress. Even a simple shorten the hem of a dress costed almost $50. They did ok job on my several alteration orders. However, they did horrible job on alteration for a dress with zipper. They were willing to fix it when I pointed it out. It was still a bad job, and I don't feel comfortable wearing that dress. What a shame. Maybe I should ask for a refund! This location is always busy and therefore it takes longer time for your order to be done. Since I'm not working at this financial district anymore, I don't think I will use them again.
