  • I started coming here for the DIY dog baths. I stayed for the products. I really like this little shop. The DIY bath area has everything that you could need to bathe your dog, dry them and groom them. Including an apron for you! The only thing that I did not like about this is that DIY is also kind of Fend For Yourself. The staff shows you where everything is, then its up to you to figure out how to work it - including the grooming tables. Thor has slid off the table once, terrifying. Apparently dog grooming is not my calling... The products here are well thought out, researched and reviewed. As mentioned in other reviews, the owner is very opinionated. But through talking to him, I think its just a mix of his personality and that he actually cares a whole lot about what you're doing and giving your dog - and why. I can appreciate that. I will keep coming back here. Although, I do suggest that you take everything with a grain of salt - they had one employee that was very into holistic dog care, and she told me that maybe I shouldn't get Thor neutered because she had her Dane neutered and it turned out that his one manhood section that didn't drop was actually cancer and it killed him (yes, it sent me into a new dog mother disaster tail spin. Because my poor baby Thor was having issues with all of his - things - dropping...) But I haven't seen that girl working here in a very long time. So, do your own research, and ask their opinion. :)
