I called and left their corporate office and left a voicemail as Natalie had recommended and have yet to receive a call back. They apparently have no desire to rectify the situation. Natalie had stated that it is a requirement that the acknowledgement be signed due to legal reasons. I had messaged her stating if it is a legal requirement why wasn't I notified prior to my appointment. There has been no response to that message either further showing that the office staff doesn't know a thing about customer service. This all could have been avoided.
