| - The evening started off well enough at "Fix". The restaurant only had two other tables present with only a few people at each table. We had a table of four, and found out that we would have two servers waiting on our table that evening! How great! We placed our orders, got our drinks and appetizers in reasonable time, but when the entrees were served, items were missing, and some items we didn't order were on the table? Oddly, the two servers that were helping us were then nowhere to be found...gone! Someone else finally came over and took over as our server. When we explained that we were missing items that we ordered, we were brought over another item that we didn't order. This was ridiculous considering now we were one of two tables occupied in the restaurant. We ate our food, which really was pretty delicious, and after the meal we still had a few items left over. When someone came over to remove plates, they asked if we would like to have the items boxed up. We said yes. The new server, came back with a check, we paid, and never saw the boxed up food? So again, we had to ask...someone said they were going to box up our food, but they never came back with it? The server went in the back and 'found it'. I really hope it didn't come out of the garbage, but the service was so horrible at 'Fix' that I wouldn't doubt it. The Bellagio has many restaurants with delicious food available, but if you'd like to be treated with some respect and not like a 21 year old drinking your first few beers...don't go here. 'Yellowtail' is fantastic and is straight across from 'Fix'. Both 'Jasmine' and 'Le Cirque' are incredible as well.
