For the life of me I don't understand how someone can get an attitude about salad dressing. This was my first time to this location and let's just say the customer service is lacking.
I purchased a salad and was supposed to get a free pouch of salad dressing with it. I didn't see the pouch so I grabbed the individual portion of kens dressing.
When arriving to the register the cashier seemed to not want to be at work to begin with. Then she told me the pouches were back there and I simply asked to have someone bring one since I clearly hadn't seen it. She sucked her teeth, rolled her eyes and caused a scene.
I started to just say forget it but another cashier kindly came to my assistance.
The first cashier needs a refresher course in customer service.
