  • This place is definitely in my top 10 sushi places in America. The fish is always fresh, the staff is fantastically friendly, and they have a great assortment of delicacy-dishes that you're not going to find at most joints in the desert. (Example: Japanese Uni, live hairy crab, kawahagi, etc...) Love this place. Been here about half a dozen times and I'm never disappointed. They're an example of how a proper restaurant (sushi or otherwise) should be.
