  • This Starbucks is disappointing. Been there at least 25 times. Closest to my house. But doubt I'll be back. About 1/3 drinks is wrong. Yesterday they failed to put soy in a soy-vanilla-latte. Today my flat white lid was cracked on Three places. So I wore it. Empathy is poor also. No sorry when I have to go back and have a drink remade. Go somewhere else.
