  • The best hotel in Markham, and priced accordingly. Everything is superb, all rooms are suites with a separate living room area w/ sofa and whatnot. The new building has suites that come with a kitchenette, separate office room, living room/meeting, and some even come with a separate vanity room. They are also very accommodating via (most) requests. Great service by all personnel with exception to some check-in staff(can be confused), as I believe other reviewers has already mentioned. Need to pay for wifi ($10), and parking (19?). Complimentary access to Club Markham Gripes: I lost a Longchamp bag during daytime....weird experience, and in the end nobody came forward, so..be careful? Infrequent errors regarding billing- especially minibar charges, annoying but not majorly so. Also, I am a gold/silver hh honours member, but this hotel consistently fails to provide the 2 bottles of complimentary bottles, even after multiple requests, and a trip down to the lobby personally, and was directed toward the gift shop. but...there was supposed to be 2 free bottles...ugh. But yeah, the best hotel, cause there really aren't any other hotels in Markham. The other hilton and sheraton parkway doesn't even compare. (musky smells be gone) Can spend an afternoon here with Club Markham, Eforea spa, and Edo.
