  • After Kingco Enterprises visited our home on Saturday morning for routine maintenance on our 2 AC units, we soon found ourselves steaming in a non-air-conditioned bedroom by Saturday afternoon. Somehow, they managed to take a perfectly functional AC unit and screw it up. After repeated attempts to contact the company and the technician, there was no response, so we consulted Yelp and found Hays Cooling. They answered the phone promptly on a Sunday afternoon, patched me directly to the technician (Frank), who then assessed the situation and was over in about an hour. After a few diagnostics, he quickly ascertained the problem and fixed it promptly. Cool air once again! This company is truly a class act ... I wish there were more of them and less Kingco's in the Valley.
