  • Try the Banana Split! I've passed by this place many times since moving here. I heard a lot of great reviews, too...also evidenced by the super long lines every time we passed by. My husband and I finally stopped by when we saw that there wasn't a line. It was hard to choose from so many options and flavors but what helped us decide were the memories we had of sharing banana splits during our dating days. What a great choice we made! The ice cream were clean, fresh and light vs. the artificial stuff that leaves you feeling heavy, thursting for water and some that left an oily film aftertaste. Not overly sweet, either. It came in a bowl with a scoop each of vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ice cream topped with sliced bananas, mascerated strawberries, crushed pineapple, fudge, whipped cream and a cherry on top. We omitted the nuts. Appreciate that the server asked if we wanted any instead of just adding it. It was so delicious! Definitely will be coming back to try others on the menu.
