  • ALERT!! They are now operating as Elite Pool Service. I agree with so many of the less than stellar comments made by other former customers. Left the gate open, left equipment out on my new patio furniture and didn't show up so many times I can not even count (without calling). I think you got away with that in the winter when people weren't using their pools often. What's going on Mike? Your company & the customer service used to be great. Sad that you couldn't even call me to tell me that you were not going to show up any longer. I heard that you had another full time job and were still trying to keep the money from your dying pool service coming in the door. One of my employees still uses this company, now called "Elite Pool Service" and I'm telling her to make sure you show up because you never called when you were going to miss a week (or several weeks) But you still wanted your monthly fee! As Scott W said, here's your 1 star. Rip off!
