  • Overpriced! They think because they are in Scottsdale they can charge more for their space. They claim to be a gated community but their gates are broken more than they work, the pools are not kept up the apartments ate well used (there are paint cracked throughout my apartment). The utilities are extremely inefficient! For a 1300sf home the electricity bill should not be $300 for keeping the thermostat at 83 all day. The washer /dryer are old and squeak really loud, they won't do anything about it. Don't rent here! There are much better apartment homes probably for a better price.
