| - I'm not usually big on reviews but I had to voice my opinion on some things because it actually bothered me on how the employees treat their customers. I was in Vegas a couple of weeks ago, usually I always make a stop at the MAC Pro store. I'm very huge on customer service and hospitality because I do work in that field. So while walking in the store with my boyfriend. No one even greeted us, just to remind you the store wasn't even busy, there was only one other customer getting her makeup done. It took about a good five minutes for someone to come up to me and asked if I needed help or had any questions. The lady was very helpful as I did have a few products that I needed to pick up, in which the store didn't have in stock, as a retail store you should always have everything in stock and available at all times, I understand Limited addition collections do sell out and totally fine with that. There was about six things that I needed for the rest of my trip but the store was out of all those products so I ended up choosing other things to hold me over. As I was browsing throughout the store I felt like some of the employees were just staring me down, no one else asked if I needed help. So heading up to the register one of the employees was ringing up my products and as she was, she was also making conversation with two other employees, the convo had nothing to do with work, and when trying to hand over my pro card along with my ID she just looked at my hand didn't even acknowledge it and went along with her convo, so the lady that was helping me took my ID and pro card for me, Poor thing must've been new. Overall the whole experience was just disappointing, it seems like the employees have MAJOR attitude problems. Terrible customer service. Will not be returning.
