We stayed at the Hyatt Place Scottsdale for one night. It is located in Old Town Scottsdale. Check in was kind of slow as there was a person that arrived at the hotel a few seconds before us. No one was at the front desk for what seemed to be five minutes as we waited. But, after the front desk clerk came back from whatever she was doing she was able to help the person who was in front of us. She must've been a patient employee as the guest kept on asking questions delaying our check in even more. When it was finally my turn, we were quickly checked in and given a room on the upper floor, away from the elevator exactly as we requested. The room was comfortable. It was nicely arranged. It has a separate sleeping and work areas. Everything in our room worked properly, including the TV. Breakfast is served downstairs in the morning. The breakfast area got kind of crowded when we were there. But, the staff made sure that everything was well stocked and clean. The breakfast staff was nice and gave my daughter a cup of hot chocolate. It is a nice hotel in an area that we have never explored. I would come back.
