All of these reviews are old so I'll share my thoughts on this gym.
I hate the dark lighting. Sometimes it feels creepy and bright atmosphere would help one get more motivated and determined. I know what they were trying to do (ie. modern vibe) but this is not a lounge for pete's sake! This is just a gym where you do your exercises.
And staff is oftentimes ignorant and rude. They only like helping out older members. Sometimes they try to hit on you. It is not a good feeling when they gather around together and stare at you from the distance giggling at each other. Eww.
Equipment is getting dated. They haven't updated them for a long time. Not that they are problematic, but I've seen better equipment at other gyms. And there should be more different types of equipment. Plus, there is barely any stretch room.
Customer service is bad. This alone is 1 star. They look for all kinds of opportunities to sell different packages. Don't ever give them your e-mail or phone numbers. They will send all kinds of spams. Cancelling the membership was the worst. I never want to talk to anyone from the management office again. I was even charged for facility I never even used.
On plus side, the gym is clean. Locker room and shower facility are in great condition. Gym is oftentimes empty. If you don't like crowded facility you will like it.
Where this gym earns its stars is the classes. There are many fun classes like yoga, spin, kickboxing, dancing and so on and such. Instructors were alright although they didn't seem enthusiastic with their work. They weren't the best but might as well take this opportunity to learn something new while you're a member. This has been the only positive aspect of being a member at the gym.
