To start off with I am a grazie member and generally get offers to stay for free however I hadn't been in awhile so no comp room. I managed to dump a bunch of money at the casino and still no comp room but that's not the problem here. The problem is when I dropped off my Ferrari with the valet at the main registration. I left it with them for a little over an hour. I go down hand the guy my ticket and he says they will have the car to me in about 5 minutes. My car arrives at the front and my wife makes the comment your car smells a little hot. So I take a look at the temp of the engine and it's at 210 degrees. I drove from Orange County Ca and it never hit over 200 so my question is what the heck happened. Then my wife opens the passenger door and notices greasy foot prints from someone's boots. First off why would someone be in the passenger seat when the car is left with the valet service. Secondly why the heck wouldn't you put down some paper or something if you have grease on your shoes. It doesn't matter that this car cost $250,000, your people should have enough common courtesy to do it for all cars. To say that I'm unhappy with your service is an understatement. Your valet manager attempted to clean the grease off my floor mats with Lysol wipes and those crappy brown towels they use in restrooms. I'm sorry but I expect more from a property like the Venetian. Sorry but I'm not a fan anymore of this place. They did nothing to rectify this and for all I know they don't really care.
