| - This was my first visit w a girl friend of mine. I like the ambience, I like the friendliness of both bartenders that Saturday night. Music was ok, it was tolerable. It reminded me of an old town Scottsdale bougie type place without the price. We hung out there for a few hours so it was a good chill spot to say the least. The bartender gal hooked it up with a shot for us, forgot to ask her what it was! We ordered some artichoke dip with pita chips...it was that or frozen pizza. Even though it was heated in a microwave, it was so damn good.
Minus 1 star because the seating...good Lord. I needed to see a chiropractor after
The bar stools....at first I didn't know how to sit in them. It looked like they can be Sat in saddle style or regular style, like the seat can go either way. I wished I took a pic of them, dang it, but if you look through the pics posted, you can picture what I'm saying!! The foot rest on the still was wide enough to hold one foot...and the stool was backless. Backless stool/chairs are a lower back nightmare...plus you can't look cute hunched over. Needless to say, after sitting there for 2 beers, we opted to move to other seats.....
They have couches along the 2 walls and meet at the corner, shaped like a big C , with tables. Typical night life style. But I felt even though there was 2 long couches, there was no room. For example, one couple had one corner, another couple another corner. So unless I knew these 2 couples, I felt I was intruding on them cause me and my friend would be sitting on between them. They had these old ass, wobbly, tore up white leather chairs that were all moved to the side so we sat there...I mean, the chairs weren't backless, so I can handle a little wobblness...
I'd go again, but definitely post up on the couch AND not on a crowded night cause I'd be irritated af the place is tiny!
