  • Me and my husband have been living here for over 5 years. With PREVIOUS management, and maintenance of this complex we were beginning to think we should move elsewhere before signing another lease. Jennifer is the new manager here and gets things done almost immediately with no bs. The maintenance manager Rene, he is amazing. Need something fixed? Guess what? You won't have to wait 2 days like some other complexes around the area. Got my bathroom shower refinished since we have been here for a while the paint started to deteriorate. Rene, made it happen within a week. He is always upbeat and happy and ready to get the job done CORRECTLY. Pools have been the cleanest I've seen in a while, and grounds are kept in immaculate condition. The team that paradise palms has right now is great and needs to stay forever!
