  • Simple oil change turned into a nightmare. Shortly after, I took on the 15 Fwy headed to Southern California. I noticed my hood was slightly lifting up. I pull over on the emergency lane and found my hood not secured. I was so upset because it would have eventually lifted up and that would've been tragic. Simply securing the hood of any vehicle is basic before it leaves the auto work shop. If that was too much for them to do, what gives.Overall services, folks were NOT well-mannered, unprofessional, unmotivated, and OVERPRICED. I will never return back to this establishment again nor any other locations.This is establishment needs better management and retraining for their employees as well learn proper etiquette. Please, save your money and time by avoiding this location. #lessonslearned
