  • Katrina is one of the rudest individuals I have ever come across. Terrible attitude; was mad she got called from the back to work the photo center. I have printed numerous cruise photos from a flash drive purchased on a cruise. She got ugly saying I needed to complete a form. When I said I have never had to do that, she got upset with me. When I called her on her attitude she continued to raise her voice at me. I then got loud and demanded a manager. She claimed to be the manager. If that was true I can't believe you'd hire someone like her. She was rude and unprofessional. I called my husband to come into the store because Katrina refused to tell me what was needed on the form and would not let me pay for the 2 reprints. She wanted to continue to argue with my husband. He completed her form and we paid and left. I will NEVER step foot in this store again. It is a shame that you'd employee someone hat has no idea how to communicate with the public.
