I was at the dog park the other day and was recommended Bone Appetit by a fellow dog-owner for their grooming services.
I called yesterday to make an appointment and they were so rude to me on the phone that I am forced to leave a review for one star. Customer service is high on my list in preparing my reviews and they need an overhaul on their customer service.
For some reason, I was muted on the phone (not on my end) and they kept hanging up on me. When I called back numerous times they could not hear me so I kept calling back. Finally, they were magically able to hear me on my fourth attempt and blamed it all on my phone. Even I am able to forgive technical mishaps, but don't blame the customer! However, I was willing to overlook it and book an appointment anyways. There was some confusion on the time available for an appointment and I told them that I am off work at 6 to give them an idea of a time to give me an appointment. The employee rudely stated "well we don't board." That was not my purpose for saying I was off work at 6, Miss. I told her I would have to call her back and she hung up without saying goodbye.
I am very sad that this place turned off a customer before I even got to try their services. I wanted to support a local small business, but went to Petco instead.
