  • So I have to give one star to leave a review but I'll just list the things I have dealt with in a year long lease here: - gossip from management about tenants around me -lost packages from December found in March - when giving our two months notice and explaining why we got nothing but excuses and attitude instead of taking the criticism and bettering the community (ex: we saw a rat climb up the building-- "well rats are actually common in complexes here in Vegas") -two dead rats by the pool sitting there for two to three days and management seemed unalarmed and like they already knew about the situation and hadn't handled it yet -dog poop in front of my window -earwigs and cockroaches everywhere in the apartment complex once it warms up (literally have never seen a bug man around once) -cooling the apartment is incredibly expensive -police are in the complex every few months for break ins (my adjacent neighbors apartment got broken into and management had no idea). They come with multiple squad cars and disrupt your daily life. So yeah. Don't move here.
