  • I don't often write bad reviews but couldn't help it this time because the experience I had at Big Foot Massage was just HORRIBLE. My masseuse went out the massage room EIGHT TIMES to talk to other customers and staff in less than half an hour. When I requested to switch to the other masseuse because going in and out the room was really bothering. Her attitude then became very rude and what made me disappointed is that she didn't find going out the room DURING a massage hour was wrong. In fact, even when she was in the room doing the massage for me, she was chatting with the other masseuse / masseur and I could totally feel that she wasn't paying attention to what she was supposed to do for her work! The other thing I found it terrible is that after she talked to the other people and touched everything outside the room, she came back and continued to massage my body WITHOUT washing hands!!! This is the WORST massage experience I've had in Vegas.
