  • We live in Honolulu and own a vacation home in Las Vegas. I asked our pool service to recommend someone who would install a solar pool heating system on our house. They did not recommend Celestial Solar Pool Heating...they recommended another company. I telephoned that company several times over a 6 month period and I never got a call back. When I finally reached them after 6 months they told me that the person who was assigned the account no longer worked for the company. They said that someone would call me "tomorrow." Tomorrow never came! I decided to do my own research. The company which was originally referred by our pool service would have installed a separate pump (separate from the pool pump) to pump the water from the pool to the solar panels on the roof of the house. When I spoke to Jonathan at Celestial Solar Pool Heating he explained to me that they had newer technology and it would not be necessary to install a separate pump but rather they use the existing pool pump to pump the pool water to the solar panels on the room. This was great news to us because we did not want an additional pump cluttering the deck in front of the pool. Again, we live a few thousand miles away from our house and we are always cautious about who we do business with in Las Vegas. Jonathan and his crew were outstanding. Fortunately my son who lives in Arizona was able to fly over to Vegas to observe the installation. This really wasn't necessary. They would have done a great job even if no one was there. There price for the installation was much more reasonable than I expected and I paid them when the work was completed. We love to go to our home in Las Vegas and we specifically wanted a home with a swimming pool to entertain our grand children. Installing this solar system extends the swimming season for several additional months, Jonathan and his folks are honest people and want to do a good job I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to install a solar pool heating system at their house.
