  • We took our car here to get a diagnostic and estimate for our power steering leaking. Kathy, who sits at the front desk told us 'i don't have my best mechanics, so I'll have my so so mechanics look at it.' She couldn't give us a real estimate and took a guess at 700 dollars based on a previous customer. We decided to ask a few other people what they thought before we went ahead and spent that much money. When we came back to get the car, we walked in and she immediatly picked up the phone to make a call, threw the keys across the counter to us and said 'what do you want?' She contined to be extreamly rude...in the end we just had to walk out in the middle of her arguing with us. We took the car to another place and they got it all done for under 300.
