After taking our cc number, Vivent, did not show up for the installation as promised. We went with a different solution. We have been 3 months trying to get them to stop charging our card as the service was cancelled (before it was even installed). They even replied to my prior 'yelp' ... I have now had three different reps assure me that a refund has been posted, but no refund has ever been forthcoming. On 'Yelp' they reply asking for the account phone number as IF they are going to handle the problem ... but it is just show ... nothing ever comes of it. I have had only lies and promises from them.... no action of good faith. They keep apologizing for my difficulties and keep charging my credit card as they are apologizing. My advice: Do not even start dealing with Vivent! I have logged over 5 hours trying to get them to stop charging for something that never happened. Don't even go there!

Vivent's comments about giving them your account number so they can fix the problem is only posturing on Yelp. They have had my number and account information numerous times. Since I have written my first review, I have spoken to an additional 4 reps at Vivent and finally they assured me, more than two weeks ago, that they had processed a refund. Not so! Despite the assurances of their top level department, no refund has ever been posted to my credit card. I repeatedly asked them for evidence that they had processed the refund on their end so I could take it to Visa and they would not give that to me. I have asked Vivent to completely cancel my account and take my credit card number out of their system and provide me with confirmation, and they would not do that either. I have now recorded a total of 9 hours talking to their reps (every new one sends you through the 'levels') to get this resolved. Vivent is the worst company I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY FROM VIVENT!
