| - Nancy is amazing! I've only been to her for massage so far, but after receiving a few of those, I'm excited to go back and try the rest of her services. It's easy to get to, right on the main drag of Washington Pike in Bridgeville. When you leave, you really feel like a "ball of wax," as her business name implies. She does it all. Massage, waxing, microdermabrasion, facials, reflexology, ear candling, hair extensions, the list goes on.
I've gotten a lot of massages. A lot. From a former monthly massage envy subscription to a Chinese massage place in my neighborhood, my experiences have run the gamut in style and quality.
I love Nancy's method. I hold a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and she spends a good amount of time on my neck alone at the beginning of the session. I like a lot of pressure, and she is really good at deep tissue, to the point where it's almost too deep for me--but I never have to tell her to change it because she picks up on my facial expressions or vocal reaction and lightens up immediately. She's really in tune to your body and how it's responding. And the feet! Ok, so I've never gotten a full reflexology session before, but a mini session is essentially what she's doing when she moves down to your feet and ankles. She spends time doing it, it isn't a perfunctory part of the experience as I've found at many other places. And I was surprised with how good it felt--I've never been big on foot rubs, but with this technique it feels wonderful.
I've booked my next massage and am thinking of when to take the microdermabrasion plunge. go to Boule de Cire, you won't regret it.
