So here is the thing... you can only pay in cash and you sign a contract that you are buying the appliance AS IS (which is states multiple times). There are also no warranties or agreement that they can or will fix it if it doesn't work. So you are taking a HUGE risk but you can get an appliance for 1/3 the cost of a brand new one. Its up to you to choose if you want to risk it. I bought a Washer/Dryer even AFTER seeing the reviews. Its a champ! Downside: The washer doesn't stop filling up. The store offered to pick it up and fix it but I know this is a simple fix so rather than risk damage shipping back and forth, I opted to have a handy man come fix it real quick. Still saved $$$ by buying here. Its like buying out of a person's garage except they offer deliver and removal of the old appliance. RISKY but can be very affordable. You decide.
