I often rent with enterprise at the Pgh airport because of convenience and sometimes, but not always, price. However, this time i have to say they really have upped their level of customer service. The experience at the counter was so pleasant and efficient. The reps in the garage were so welcoming i honestly felt like a VIP. The opportunity to upgrade to a better car on the spot for not much more in price is fantastic. And now they have a new line of premium or 'exotic' vehicles if you're up for spending a little more. VERY nice to have that option. Lastly, when i returned the car a few hours late they noticed i was charged for an entire extra day and offered to split the difference. VERY reasonable. I definitely am impressed with the noticeable emphasis Enterprise is making on the customer experience. Way to Go Enterprise !!!
