I can see why this facility has a 2.5 out of 5 rating! I called twice in one day to try and schedule a mammogram. I was on hold for 10 minutes the first time and over 5 minutes the second call, at which time I Hung up and decided to drive there during my lunch break to schedule my appt. I arrive at 1:00, was asks to sign in and take a seat. There were two receptionists up front at the 3 stations, with one assisting a patient. After signing in and waiting 15 minutes, I asked why it was so difficult to schedule an appointment. The woman apologized and went in the back, came back out and said someone would be right with me. Five minutes later I inquired again. She went in back and same story. Finally a woman approached the counter where I was now standing. I told her I just wanted to schedule an appointment, now after waiting nearly half an hour and wasting my lunch break. She said "oh well we're covering lunches right now". REALLY? That doesn't sound like something that should become your patients' problem! Then after every question, she had to go out f the front to a computer in the back to enter info for my appt! Apparently their system isnt set up to schedule appts up front, however, patients aren't allowed to go back where their "scheduling computer" is located! Wow! They can do all sorts of things with computers these days! Someone who cares about your patients needs to get a clue and learn how to accommodate patients! Needless to say...I have cancelled my appt after talking to the "office manager" with no satisfaction. I will not be returning. There are too many other places in the Valley that offer this test. AVOID!
