  • I stopped shopping with Sephora because of how I was treated at this store at Arrowhead Mall. I wanted to try a new foundation and I explained to the lady what I was looking for and she seemed so confused. She told me to try a certain brand a put a little on my face, where I couldn't even see. Tells me to try the starter kit so I bought it. The manager was so rude to me at the register. I came back the next day and returned what I bought because of how rude and horrible my experience in the store was. I couldn't believe it!! The girl that helped me didn't even talk to me or look at me. It was bad :/
