  • My mom has been seeing Dr. Langford for years and loves her. I have seen her for about 10 years as well, and she is a super nice and patient doctor who listens to your concerns. My gripe is with the practice. Made an appointment a few weeks ago for 6:05 pm yesterday. Show up yesterday and the door is LOCKED and there is nobody there. The appointment was definitely for 6:05 pm because I wrote it down in several places and I remember purposely asking for an appointment after 6:00 pm because I have work until 5:00 pm. I have also seen Dr. Langford in the evenings before so I know she does have late appointments on some days. Bottom line: Poor scheduling system. I drove across town in rush hour traffic trying to see a doctor, whose business is CLOSED when I get there. I got there on time as well, by the way. Normally, I call the day before to confirm appointments, but this week was so incredibly hectic. Of course, the one time I don't, I can't even get in the door. Also, the last time I came here, the receptionist said I owed $7.99 for my copay and that's it, which I paid. I get a bill later for $27.01. No big deal, I paid it. But please, do your math right the first time. Next time, I'm not paying anything up front and just wait for the bill. What's the point of paying little by little? You pay what they tell you is the full bill, only for them to come back later with more. Unimpressed. Dr. Langford is awesome, but whoever runs the front desk fails. I do not recommend this place. There are much better offices in Vegas.
