  • WARNING DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Not only did this company overcharge but they didn't even perform the job they said they would. I bought a coupon for a vent cleaning. When they arrived they found mold and said it should be taken care of immediately. They pressured me into getting the service that day and said they could get me a "deal". They ended up charging me $200 for the mold removal. Then they talked to me about the dangers of not having your dryer vent vacuumed and said they could offer me a "deal" of $150 to clean it out. I scheduled it but I had a feeling I was being taken advantage of. Afterwards I ended up calling around and found a company called Honest Duct Air Cleaning. I highly recommend them. I scheduled an appt with them and canceled the appt with Pure Air Service. When Honest Duct Air Cleaning came out to clean my dryer vents I also had them look at my vents. They asked if I had vents cleaned recently. I said yes. And the guy was shocked because the vents and return units were so dirty. He showed me proof. I was so pissed that Pure Air Service had taken advantage of me. I ended up having Honest Duct Air Cleaning do the job over again. Please save your cash and call someone else!!!
