  • We had a bad experience with customer service here. The delivery was delayed, which is understandable. However, the excuses were unnecessary. Most owners would apologize and move on. Again there was some type of problem with the delivery, the owner rented out some random Kijiji delivery person and we finalized that we would get a money order. My husband'/ employee went to go get it during company time and took out $7 from the entire 5g payment for the money order. The owner called my husband and lost it- name calling, swearing and yelling. Now we have one minor problem with the sectional. One of the latches is improperly placed and needs to be replaced. I wonder how this will play out. She also included scotch guard in our price and then took it off after telling my husband off. This place is very unprofessional, and the lady needs to learn how to deal with people in a calm and professional manner. This is very disappointing.
