  • This place is clean will get you in quick. HOWEVER, they are all about making money, even though they may get you in pretty quick, but you will just waiting in the room. We recently went to the clinic, because our dog has a bleeding nose, we already went to the ER the night our dog had a bleeding nose, the ER doctor run some test, came out negative, and suggest we go to our normal vet to run the fungus test, if still negative then do rhinoscopy. Our normal vet couldn't accommodate our appointment so we went to Surprised Animal Hostpial. They told us th fungus test result will be in the latest on Sunday (we took the test on Friday). And suggest us to book the appointment for rhinoscopy for Monday. The Dr. told us when the result is in on Sunday, they will call us, and if is positive then we can cancel rhinoscopy and will be treating my dog for fungus infection. Sunday comes, never hear from them, called the vet, turns out result now is going to be in on Monday, but still suggested us to keep our rhinoscopy appointment on Monday (which we pretentrally may not need at all, which this test runs between $900-$1,200 according to their quote). How is this sufficient for our pet and us? Not mention the fungus test is already over $500, and they want us to spend another $900-$1,200 before we even got the result back from fungus test? Before you comment on this, we have talked to three different vets including the ER Vet, they all suggested do one test at the time to weed out possible cause for nose bleeding so they know what to treat for. On top of all that, we weren't even getting a phone call letting us know our result is not in. Pick your Vet carefully, they are just like doctors now a days, some are really just here to make money, and others are really care to save lives. This is just our opinion, every time we go there, we don't feel like they are really concerned about our pets, and their treatment always at least double our normal vet's bill. We only used them if our normal vets can't get our pet in an appointment, needless to say we will never go back their even if for emergency situations.
