  • Wow this is a ripoff car rental please I beg you call ahead to confirm the fine print if you book! Our issues: 1: they force $11.99 per day insurance coverage on you even if you decline they say its policy, read the fine print! 2: they think it's ok to charge $11/day if you cross the border?!? Whaaaa I've never heard of that before. Scam artists I say. 3: gas was NOT full yet they said it was, I took a photo and showed them, then they said ok fine it's not full. 4: car was not cleaned, bleh. 5: we booked a Jeep Grand Cherokee or equivalent we got a Kia Sorrento?!? Um nothing similar or equivalent there... 6: the counter is 10 min from the airport it's not actually attached! When we returned the car today the "shuttle" wouldn't even drop us at terminal 3, driver said "we don't do that we will drop you at the train station nearby". !!!! Overall the worst car rental experience ever for us :(
