  • Alright guys- I'm back by popular demand. My two stars has gone down to one after giving this place over a year to improve & they just continue to $#!t on me. You can tell that a place is a hell hole when every month there are new employees working at the front. So here is my updated list of 'WTF is Happening?!' 1. There's nothing I love more than to walk outside my door and see dog $#!t everywhere, everyday. That's something I can always count on. 2. There has been two separate occasions where maintenance has tried coming into our apartment, while I've been home, without even knocking 'by mistake'. Both times it was the same older Russian man, so I'm not sure if he's lost or is a serial killer. 3. Last year, Spectra did a fire extinguisher check & tried fining us for not putting it outside the door, when in fact we did bc they took it. They were also supposed to bring it back, which they never did. Contacted them, no joke, over 7 times to get it back and well.. here we are, with out one. That's not a lawsuit waiting to happen.. 4. Our neighbors are so kind to put all of their bags of trash in front of OUR door & this morning we received a letter on our door with pictures saying we will get fined bc of it. :) 5. Same neighbors, that have about 7 people living in their apartment, let their kids have screaming matches at 11 o'clock at night, outside, and for fun- not just bc they are the worst behavioral kids I've ever seen. So obvi I shut that show down one night, which has seemed to work for the time being. 6. Our garage door was tampered with and the lock was broken for 5 days before they fixed it bc we had to, once again, ask multiple times to do so. Thus concludes why you should totally live here.
