  • This was the worst experience we have ever had with a moving company. We booked them in advance, stayed in contact with them continuously and they never showed on the day of the move and never called. All but 2-3 calls were initiated by us. They were supposed to be there on Sat. between 12 and 2 pm, finally on Sunday morning after I called them again they said the earliest they could have a truck to us would be sometime on Tuesday! Our Escrow was scheduled to close on Monday. They were absolutely no help in working the problem or helping us get another mover. They could have gone out and rented a U-haul truck to make our move. I know mechanical problems happen, but to have a truck scheduled for Sat and then say the earliest would be Tuesday is unacceptable. I would stay very far away from this company. On the plus side, we contacted Flat Rate Movers and they were out to our home the next morning (Monday) on time and had the job taken care of on short notice for a fair and reasonable price. We are so disappointed in Executive that I can barely contain a civil tongue.Can we give them 0 stars? Craig and Marina
