Disappointed, and insulted. I think that is how I summarize my latest experience with Stark.
My first experience was excellent and truly enjoyed the experience. My latest one was disappointing simply because of an inflexible policy. I made an appointment for myself and 2 boys and we were late for 12 minutes because parking was terrible in unionville. With their 10 minute late policy we were denied service and our spot was given away. Truly disappointing that they have to be so strict to the minute. What was more insulting was that the staff was rude. One of my children overheard the receptionist saying that I was a grumpy man.
Well that is just so sad that they have to be rude on top of everything else. I was hoping to bring my boys here in the future but I don't do business with people who are rude and have anti-customer centric policies.
