  • I adopted Bruce about 2 and a half months ago from Desert Lab Rescue. What I understood when I adopted him was that he was a VIP at Animal Medical and Surgical Center. I have completely inherited the trust that DLRR has put in Dr. Pullen and his staff in taking care of Bruce's medical needs. Every time I have brought Bruce in since adopting him I have always felt much more comfortable after leaving. I feel that the staff takes appropriate steps in treating Bruce and doesn't jump to conclusions just to make more money by suggesting more expensive treatment. I feel like all of the staff I have interacted with is extremely knowledgeable and answers all of my questions. I live about 25 minutes from AMSC and I know there are plenty of other vets around me, but since Dr. Pullen and staff have done such a fabulous job with Bruce, and really know his case inside and out, I feel most comfortable with the care Bruce gets at AMSC! Amazing vets, with amazing talents and an evident true love for the well-being of their patients... and their patients people!
