  • Ehh...I have been to better Discount Tire Stores. You would expect the manager to have a handle on things at a place of business...not this location. However the employees were really nice. I originally pulled up to only get air in the tire and the manager came out was taking notes on tires and just told me to "Hold On". He never sent anyone out and stayed in side. He was not customer friendly and showed very little support to his staff. He never greeted anyone that came in. Every answer to my question was covered in sarcasm. When a rep asked him a question he would shrug his shoulders and not give a complete answer. This guy had an attitude the entire time. I get it we are all human and we have our days but leave it at the door. On top of the that the quote they gave me for my tire was $80 more expensive than any other place that I had called. I would steer away from this particular place...management and practices are shaky.
